November/December 2008

Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from the Gentry's and the Malawians!

Dear Supporting Friends,
We want to feature all of you in this Thanksgiving and Christmas newsletter to express our sincere thanks for your prayers and financial support these past 8 years. You have helped us scatter the precious gospel seed all over the country of Malawi, Africa. We may never have the opportunity to see some of you face to face but God is good to connect us by letter with faith and love as we together respond to the "cry" of the poor and needy. "He hath dispersed abroad he hath given to the poor". II Corinthians 9:9
Many of you traveled from various states across America to come over and help with numerous projects plus teaching, preaching and encouraging the saints and winning the lost. Your hands on touch will long be remembered and rewarded by God. He will not forget your works.
Help has arrived from Alaska! The John Fullford family, his wife Darcy and their 3 teenage children settled in Malawi the month of June. Bro. John is a retired business man, who served his church in various capacities in Fairbanks. The entire family teaches and are all great soul winners. What an asset to the Malawians.
Help will arrive from Fort Dodge, Iowa! Sharon Goodman, a single mother of grown children (one a missionary in Mexico), will begin full time the end of November. Sharon served in the military for years, worked in children's homes, taught school and is a soul winner! She served a number of years at Harvest Baptist Church in Fort Dodge.
More help has come! Chuck and Sheila Miller of Milton, Florida have spent months in Malawi. Chuck is a retired Navy man, who serves his church and country well in the printing ministry, soul winning and various other works. Sheila is secretary to the Pastor and does various helps in the church. She worked 20 years for a major corporation in finances. They will work stateside as well as in Malawi as the Lord provides and especially with finances.
Thank you for making the ministry of Good Samaritan Outreach as known in Malawi, more than just a "dream". You have helped snatch thousands from the fires of hell; you have helped thousands with food, water and clothing, and you have helped hold my hands when sick and weary and old - what more can we say! THANK YOU!!!!
"When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, the Lord hath done great things for them (Malawians). The Lord hath done great things for us; (suppoprters) wherefore we are glad." Psalms 126:1-3
Thank you for your continued support during this difficult time in our U.S. economy. Some of you are experiencing trying times personally in your families. May God help us all in spite of these calamities. Together we must press on in 2009 for the cause of Christ here in America and to the uttermost parts of the world.
Sincerely the beggars for His sake,
Bro. Gardiner & Alice Gentry

P.S. Please remember the poor children and adults during this Thanksgiving & Christmas time - if you have a little extra please send your gift to make their hearts merry.
On November 13th we had an exciting time as the advisory staff of 12 people met to discuss more effective ways to maintain and advance the ministry in Malawi. We saw grown men cry as they related their experiences while working with the poor in Malawi. Thank you to Denise Kennedy our daughter who has been a faithful free gratis worker for VWO these 8 years with paper work, mailouts and financial matters.

Mark Logan Report

Dear Friend:

I have just returned home from the last of many trips. Since
July/August when I was in Africa, I have been preaching Missions and
Prophecy Conferences and showing pictures of the various fields where
God has used me. I have had only days between trips but now I am home
for awhile before several trips around the world planned for next
year. I hope you will read this attached prayer letter. Thank you
for your prayers for me and I trust God will give you a blessed
Thanksgiving and Christmas time.

Your friend in Christ,

Mark Logan

Dear Concerned Friends:

As I come to the last month of another year, I am reminded of how blessed I am. This time last year I was preaching along the banks of the Congo River every evening to about 600 people and teaching a few dozen pastors in the afternoons. Now, some of the soldiers who were saved at the meetings are no doubt part of the force in combat in the Eastern provinces near Goma. I have been in Pakistan where a suicide bomber blew himself up not 2 miles from where I was teaching. I was not able to make trips to Georgia and Myanmar which have been volatile recently but please pray that I will be able to go to both this year, 2009. I have been invited and am trusting God to open the way.

Last year I was also able to spend 5 weeks in Malawi, teaching all over the country in 3 and 4 day long sessions with African pastors and a few deacons’ families attending by the hundreds in each place. What a joy it was to see the orphans have a pizza party possibly for the first time thanks to a group of men from Charlotte who helped put up some needed roofs. Another group came from Canada and Asheville to labor long hours on needed buildings for the current 103 orphans and the new site being developed. Two churches in the Caribbean (Calvary, St. Thomas & Central, Anguilla) and a church in Canada sent funds for a big Christmas dinner for the orphans and staff. Other churches have sent money for food for them this winter (Royal City, Guelph, Eglise Baptiste, Boucherville and Trinity, Asheville) and many of you individually have sent money to me for food for pastors conferences, bicycles for evangelists, roofs for churches. I appreciate also the gifts that you have sent for me to use when I go to Pakistan, UAE, Africa particularly.

I would like to report that Hebron, the church planter in Dubai is doing great. He now has his permanent visa, has a job as a teacher and in fact has already been reprimanded for “proselytizing” simply by mentioning his faith in Christ to fellow teachers. He has several Bible studies in his apartment, has won some people to Christ, and goes on regular trips to the labor camps which are teeming with very poor workers from Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India and Bangladesh who are bussed in every day to work on the prosperous city of Dubai for very low wages, most of which are sent back to their homes to the slums where their families live. These are desperate men and Hebron takes jars of pickles and has bible studies with some. I plan to go along with him when I spend some days there before flying to Indonesia in January. Please pray for Hebron as he longs to start a Baptist church.

Please pray for me in mid-January as I go with BIMI missionaries Alan Brooks and Robert Meyer to the island of Nias, in Indonesia. It was hit hard by the 2004 tsunami and had a huge earthquake following. Because of supplies given through BIMI missionaries, a man was converted to Christ who is an education official. He has invited a team to pass out Bibles and preach in all the schools on the island, many of whom are located in the jungle and we will have to hike to get there. A team already went in September and passed out THOUSANDS OF BIBLES AND PREACHED THE GOSPEL TO THESE MUSLIM PEOPLE IN THE LARGEST MUSLIM NATION IN THE WORLD.

Donna is doing well. She and Bethany were enriched by their trip to Malawi. Donna has started a Ladies’ ministry there. The ladies she works with have saved money to build a church in a heavily Muslim area there. Heather and Brad , Andrew, Erin are grown up but it is a joy to see them and we will visit with them in the next few weeks. Keep praying for us.

Sincerely in Christ,

Mark Logan

What it means to start a church in Malawi, Africa

Over the last few weeks since my return from Malawi; many have asked what it takes to start a church like I did. Well there are several steps that must be taken and I will be glad to outline them with little comment. Make sure that terminology is the same, words have meaning especially in Malawi and working with the nationals who do this type of work will cut down confusion. Decide what it is you want to do, plant a church or build a church. Planting or building are two different things and need clarity of understanding in the beginning. In all cases planting a church will come first and can lead to building as follows. Whatever the decision you will need to:
1. Select an area or village that has had or will have one on one soul winning. Depending on the response will determine the next steps. If the response is good and the village Chief or Elder wishes a church in the village check with interpreter and sponsoring agency (Victory World Outreach Ministries) for directions in the next phase.
2. If all responses are in the affirmative pick an evening that you will show the “Jesus Film” and make plans to spend a few days informing the village and surrounding area of the upcoming event. Depending on the circumstances this can be done with the help of the Chief or his/her designated representative and is also a good time for more soul winning.
3. It is very possible that attendance will reach in the many hundreds of villagers and hundreds will accept the Lord as their personal saviour, this is where you will be planting a church. If this is all you can do you have done a good work but it is only the beginning. Someone must follow up and come back repeated times to help the new Christians to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord. This is where many of the hundreds of churches are right now in Malawi. They met in a makeshift hut or in a home or in the great outdoors and learn more of Jesus and discipleship.
4. If the Chief wants a building in his village then a whole lot of things must take place in order for it to be accomplished such as where do we get the land to build on? Is it to be a gift or must it be paid for? If a gift, all is well and the trip to the district Chief will go easy, if it must be paid for then deciding on a fair price with the knowledge that Americans cannot own land in Malawi needs to be recognized and dealt with.
5. Most churches start with a very basic design of a pole hut with a grass roof (see pictures) and this will do till funds can be raised for a permanent brick structure of a size to accommodate the needs of the village
6. The cost of a building will vary according to the size and what will be needed. A good rule of thumb is that a basic building with brick walls and cement floors with steel roof cost around $2000/2500, a larger building with raised platform for pulpit area with finished walls and cement pews and a baptistery will bring the cost over $3000.00 (see pictures) and if you want water and electricity then the price is what it is. Most of the work can be done in a very short time using local workers and members of the church but this should be worked out well in advance of starting construction and will in all likelihood be done in the absence of who ever started the project.

It is sometimes asked why the sponsoring church or individual would or should pay for the construction of a church building, isn’t it enough to start a church and then turn it over to the congregation to pay for the building. That is a fair question but can be answered and will be answered your first time in country. The people who live in the villages live day to day by subsistence farming and have NO money period. If you were to have a church of 300 members there would be no way for them to come up with $2000-3000 ever. The best you can hope for is that after teaching they understand tithing and that enough could be raised to feed and care for a Pastor. That is why after years of planting and building churches many still have only a pole hut building to meet in. Some others have brick walls and straw roofs but lack the funds to put on a steel roof or cement floor, when you have no money and no way of getting any then someone outside the village has to help if a church is to be planted and/or built.

September 26th

Special Prayers are needed!
Ms. Alice Gentry has not been feeling well. She felt it could be a kidney stone.

Thandie and her family will be having a funeral tomorrow for her 96 year old beautiful Grandmother. Grandmother was not feeling well earlier in the week and the family took her to the Queens Hospital. It appeared to be her heart. The family took Grandmother home and she was eating and comfortable. On Friday Thandie felt the need to go see Grandmother. She was able to visit with her and asked her if she could pray with her. We are not sure if she has accepted the Lord, but we know Peace has been witnessing to her. Grandmother smiled her beautiful smile and as Thandie prayed the Lord took her in his arms.

September 22nd

Whether you stop at the side of the rode or shop in the Central Market or the Shoprite Grocery Store or at the village market, you can find all kinds of vegetables. Most vegetables from the selected markets, with proper cleaning are safe to eat. The Open Air Market meat is not something we are use to so it is not recommended. The groceries purchased at the Shop Rite Grocery store is pretty safe.

This weeks news!

Bro. Mark Logan with the children after receiving their gifts!

We have seen an exciting week at the Orphanage and College in Mapangua.
Thandie and the children were organizing the container now that the children have received clothes, shoes and blankets. The smiles are so wonderful to see! The container costs are so worth it when the children receive what they need from all those generous donations from Churches in the States.

Lusungu has been visiting the orphanage and sharing with the girls what her difficulties aren't and what she has to look forward to. They have been having a great bonding sessions while knitting. Lusungu teases Aunt Thandie that she will be finished with her blanket before Aunt Thandie is finished with her Poncho.

Friday there were visitors from the Secondary school. The Director of the school and 2 teachers. It was great, the Director had brought food to Ida when she was in the hospital this year. They show alot of interest in the children and gave an encouraging talk to all the children. The children were excited to show the Director and the teachers the garden. They could not believe the abundance of the garden and how green the greens were. Aunt Thandie gave them some vegetables under the Directors protest, Aunt Thandie explained God would Bless them abundantly when they give. Once again the Garden is a testimony of God's Love.

Hot off the Press today!

We have been watching the news about the garden and just received a picture of the results of the treddle pump and the hard work of the children! How exciting this is!!!!!

Here is Thandie, Henry and Andrew!

Please pray for those heading to Malawi. Dr. Gentry will be heading to Malawi tomorrow with a group. Dr. Gentry and Ms. Alice were purchasing shoes for the children at the Goodwill store yesterday. The children are from 5 years old to 16 year olds. A Nurse from Georgia will be joining the group this trip and Mike Shanaberger will be working on three more wells.

This is a rare picture of Mike sitting still. We have the living water and Mike will be supplying Water for living.

"You can't give the message of living water to people who are dying of thirst for the lack of real water." quote by Mike Shanaberger

October brings people from Countryside Baptist Church in West Virginia

and Bobby Singleton will put his shoes on for the soul winning. You won't see him at the house much but to rest up for an early morning start for soul winning.

The Garden

We recently read Andrew Nyenga's letter (you can see his letter here)and the desire to become more independent. The funds aren't always available for the orphanage, they live on a very strict budget. A permanent farm/garden will help meet that need. The children are excited to help in the garden and what a great way to get close to God. The work in the dirt, planting the seeds, having the God given rain and seeing the blessing of the vegetables grow brings joy to them. The funds for the treddle pumps pictured were donated by two Police Officers from the Pensacola Police Department. They heard about the need from Chuck. The seeds have been donated by Ms. Clara Staub and this year they were planted in plenty. Treddle pumps ($200 US dollars each)are a simple but effective way to move water from one area in abundance to an area of need.

Henry Chatata, Servant of God at Good Samaritan Ministries

We the Victory World Outreach Baptist Ministries in Malawi, our Aim is to carry the great commission of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20) The Great Commission is to preach to the lost souls, Baptize and disciple them to be faithful to the work of God.
Since the ministry was started early in 2000, we have seen the hand of God being upon us and that many wonderful things were happen through the guidance of the sweet Holy Spirit of God. Amen.
1. Thousands and thousands of lost Souls were saved, and many of them were called to preach.
2. Over 427 Churches were started, which every Sunday Service is now holding almost 70,000 members.
3. Four Bible Colleges, and we are now constructing one.
4. Orphanage which is holding over 100 Orphans and now we are constructing one near by Good Samaritan Children's Home at Mapanga and Ntcheu.
5. Jesus Film where we have reached many many lost souls.
6. Youth Program (to reach new believers in our churches).

And even though we are lacking many things, we need bibles so much, that we can train more to our people, because most of our memebers in our churches are below poverty (they can not even afford to eat twice a day) but they are hungry for the word of God to study. We are not only just working with the people in town but also more in Villages where most preachers don't have a desire or a burden to reach the people in Villages. This is my prayer that the Holy Spirit of God will touch your heart and do something for the glory of God. Right now we are so busy teaching the word of God in different areas with some studies and out of 100 people may be 10 will have bibles and each bible is $7.00. We thank Bro. Chuck Miller and the Madam, Bro. Mark Logan for what they have done buying some bibles. May God Bless You. Bro. Henry Chatata, President Good Samaritan Baptist Bible College

Traveling to Malawi

We have been able to glimpse into a day with a visitor through Victoria's journal and see it can be challenging and so rewarding. There is alot to do or a little; Spending time with the children, doing schoolwork, singing, bible lessons, soul winning, giving hugs, etc. Each day is full of blessings. The children love to be a part of their people coming to see the Lord and accepting Jesus Christ as their saviour.
Isaiah 66 says "For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been saith the Lord: but to this man will I look, even to him, that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word."
It has been said the Malawi people receive ONE tract and ONE person comes to know Jesus. Others have been to Malawi and handed out thousands of tracts and later in the villages the people want to know more of what they received in town. The Lord is rejoicing with all the people coming to know him. What a blessing to be a part of this work.

More from Victoria. Does this get you excited!

May 23, 2008

Today I woke up early in the morning and did my devotions. My body is trying to get use to the time. I forgot to mention last night, but I have two girls that are staying with me. Their names are Maricia and Betty. The girls went to school early this morning. Woke up about 7am and the girls were already gone. I made some breakfast, but I invited a lady over for breakfast. We had eggs and salsa, but to this lady it meant a lot just the fact that she ate with me. Also today we started our Soul Winning class I had about thirty girls in the class. I taught them some bus songs. They really enjoyed themselves.

May 24, 2008

Well, my body is trying to get use to the time here. Since when it’s morning here it is probably about midnight in the states. Today we went to a village to start our bus route we had a lot fun. We had about forty people going out for bus visitation that would include the thirty teenage girls. It was their first time going out on visitation. I think we will a have a good crowd of people tomorrow. I was very exhausted due to the fact that I have not gone on a bus route for 5 hours and not having a break in between. Not only that, but I was walking up and down bushes. The different ways we went were very rough. I had a very hard time going up and down those ridges. The translator I had thought that I was getting very tired, but I explained to him that I had asthma and my lungs need air or my medication. I probably did not mention earlier, but I have not received my suitcases yet because they got lost. Meaning my medication is in there.
I don’t often think about the things that I have or do because I’m already used to it. When we got back from soul winning I made some tuna melts for the girls that are staying with me. They had never eaten melts before. I started thinking to myself I have everything in America and I complain for the things that I don’t have. Yet, these girls have nothing compared to me. I should be content with the things that the Lord has given me. I write today this: Mericia was ironing a few of my shirts that I had brought in my carry on bags. I realized that the two girls were just looking at my shirts. I went on to say, “You can have any of my button shirts.” They were some what surprised!!! I was glad I offered them shirts.

May 25. 2008
Today was my first Sunday here in church. I went on the bus route and the Lord blessed abundantly. I thought that we were going to have a couple riders. We had 114 people come off the bus for the first time. We had to do two pick ups because we could not fit all the people in a 27 passenger bus. In our first load we had 62 passengers, and the second load we had 52 riders. The church house was filled. There were a lot of people saved. Our promotion today was soap Sunday.
This country is hungry for the Gospel!!! The harvest is plenteous, but the laborers are few.

Victoria's first day in Malawi

Victoria is a visitor from Fresno. She has been on other mission trips but this was her first to Malawi.

May 22, 2008

Due to some complications I arrived in Blantyre, Malawi today. Bro. Gentry and Bro. Chuck picked me up from the airport took me over to Bro. Gentry’s home. We ate breakfast and fellowship together. What I enjoyed the most is spending some quality time with Bro. Gentry and what he is doing here in the ministry. I praise the Lord for allowing me to be here. I’m looking forward to the days to come to leave this place, and say that I’ve done all that I can here.
Bro Gentry has asked me to spend a lot of time with the teen girls and their mentor in regards to spiritual things. I feel very privileged, but yet so incapable of the task. He also wants me to have a couple soul winning classes with the teenage girls so that this Sunday we can run our first bus route. Lord please help me to be what I ought to be while I’m here in Malawi.
As soon as I arrived in the orphanage. There was a lot of mixed emotions you may think why???? Well, when I got myself situated in the round house. The orphans were in school still, but they were all sitting by my house just looking at me, it was sort of sweet. I’m not trying to boast myself up, but where ever I went the kids wanted to be with me. So, I went ahead and sat down around them and started to ask them their names. There were so many names that I could not remember all of their names, but my own; the reason why is because there is a girl that has my name. I asked them if they wanted to play a quick game. They were very excited to see that the Nsungu or the American girl wanted to play with them. I ended up playing with them steal the beacon. It was pretty hard to explain to 100+ kids, but we surely had a good time. By the time we were done it was probably about 3pm. I did not know that the kids were in school when I had arrived earlier, but they had canceled school due to the fact that they where very excited to play with me.
On the other hand it is about 6pm here in Malawi and I’m very tired!!! It has been a very long day.

Introducing Flossy Kutuma

Soche Village New Life Baptist Church
Pastor Enoch, Sheila Miller, Flossy, her neighbor and 2 of Enoch and Flossy's children

Dr. Gently,
I thank Lord for calling me to this good work and its only which has been recommended in the Holy Bible above all.
Due to your support to me we have seen what God has done upon me. I walked and soul winning to several souls (1,092 people) but those who received Jesus Christ were 997 people (for 3 months) May - July 2008.
Oh Dr. Gently remember!! that we were so many people who trained this and you teached in college. But the rest are still patience, but to me it was my need and if I am not doing this good work I do not feel good because I know I have something in heaven.
My request to you Dr. Gently is that Please! still remember me through prayers that I should reach to many people abundantly than previous years.
Lastly, I shall never forget for informing me Brother Charles and his family and finance which I bought (4 bibles) (note: the money was given for food) and I know this has happened because you introduced me to him. May God Bless you and your entire family and also Charles's and his family.
Now! I want to give you the calculation which I have reached from May-July 2008. I reached 1,092 people but among this (997 people were saved). Ooh I know its a good work.
The Lord should be glorified and I'll be praying for you and your family through this work is so to be accomplished unless Jesus will come back, Dr. Gently, try to encourage Charles and his family, May God Bless Him too.
Last of all, Dr. Gardiner Gently don't forget me, when the mobiles starts. Yours Soul Winner Flossy Kutuma

July 25th in the Ntcheu area

Friday evening preparation was being made to show the Jesus Film in the Ntcheu area. The Ntcheu area is also where the new 500 bed Children's Home is being built. The Carpenters from the Pitts Baptist Church in Concord, North Carolina are putting the roof on the church building and using their evening hours to go tell others about Jesus. I understand there have been 500 people that have come to know the Lord and accept Jesus Christ as their personal saviour.

TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED attended the Jesus Film. The national Pastors moved the people into groups and asked the people the question and said the sinners prayer with them. I heard alot of rejoicing going on that night!

This picture is of another showing in the Njuli area. The preparation is getting petrol for the generator, setting up speakers and the screen and preparing the national pastors and letting people know what night.

Prayer letter from Evangelist Andrew

Dear Prayer Partners,

My name is Andrew, a Malawian by nationality; I received Jesus Christ as Lord and my Savior on the 4th of September, 1986 when a certain missionary visited my home village. His name is Mike Leczo from USA. Whom he met me he asked me a question about heaven. He said if you die now are sure you are going to heaven? This question seemed very simple to me because I took myself as a good person and very religious. Later on I found that I was going to hell. He began to witness me through the word of God. He read Romans 3:23 where it says all have sinned and read Romans6:23 which says the penalty of sin is death and hell, so because I was a sinner, I was going to die and go to hell. And he said even though I was a sinner God still loved me he sent His Son Jesus Christ to pay the price for my sins he read John 3:16. Therefore Jesus wanted me to be saved that day. He read to me Revelation 3:20. Lastly he read Romans 10:9, 10and 13. After this he asked me to accept Jesus Christ as my personal savior. From that moment my heart was pricked and immediately I confessed with my mouth and believed in my heart that God raised Jesus from the dead. Thereafter I received Jesus in my heart as my Lord and Savior.

He gave me several of his books. These proved to be about the first books I had read as a “babe in Christ” which really spoke to my heart and drew me closer to the master. In fact, his enduement of power and the man God uses so spoke to my heart that in a few months I completely surrendered my life to Christ for full time service.

Now God called me to serve him full time in the Good Samaritan Ministries here in Malawi under the Founder and Director Pastor Dr. Gardiner Gentry the man of God.

I serve as the Vice President of the Ministries, Education Director for the school of the Orphans and translator of books into our local language for our local churches. Although I am doing other jobs, my full time job is to translate the books, this vision came to me after I saw something lacking in our local churches. I began to translate gospel tracts into Chichewa which are now being distributed to all our country and Mozambique. We are receiving many testimonies from those people who have been saved by Jesus Christ through reading the tracts. There are over 19,207 reported to be saved. Not only tracts, I’m also translating lesson books of our fundamental doctrines. This time I’m also translating lesson books of our fundamental doctrines. This time Bible Way Press has taken over the job to type and put the work into booklets. They have managed to make 1,000 booklets of different lessons which I’m ready to distribute to our national pastors so that they should be using in teaching in their local churches. My vision is to translate more literature because the literature helps to bring lost souls to the Lord and encourage our churches to grow strong spiritually. Most of our local people like to read something and to avoid them just reading any literature they can be given like from the false doctrine teaching is to have our own printed literature and it is one way of spreading our fundamental doctrines. That is to say our literature can be read by many people whom we cannot see and reach them at same time.

Another vision is engaging in farming, we have started opening vegetable gardens where we have already planted different vegetables shifting from dependency to self-reliance. We need to grow crops and raise animals for consumption on our own. It is very encouraging to us by seeing Brother Chuck Miller and his Madam taking part in these projects by helping funds to start with these programs.

Brethren, we are at war with prince of this world and the battle is for the souls of men. I have said that to say this I am asking you to help me with this translation and printing ministry. I am asking for your prayers. I am asking for your financial support. If you already support me financially I am asking you to increase your support. If you support me with your prayers I ask you to continue and continue even more. If you receive this letter and have not supported this ministry, I ask you to please start. Do not think you have to make a large commitment for monthly: no amount is two small when the Lord is in it. If two fishes and a few loaves of bread could feed 5,000 people, I am convinced a few dollars worth of paper and ink will save an untold number of the lost. I have seen work here in Malawi and Mozambique here in Africa. God works!

Apart from all the translation work I am doing is another one, I am doing now is Bible translation which I need your prayers very much. I started in 2006 and I have seen the hand of God upon me how it is guiding me in this work. I am doing the King James Version into our local language Chichewa because the Chichewa Bible we are using now was translated from NIV which has many missed verses.

Lastly, I am a soul winner. I like soul witnessing every Saturday from January this year up to June I have witnessed 14,071 people among these 9,010 received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Some of them have joined our Good Samaritan Baptist Churches. Our country is a paradise for a soul winner, it is a country where you experience the Holy Spirit convicts the hearts of the lost sinners and God the father draws them to Jesus Christ so that their sins must be forgiven and get cleansed.

May Almighty God bless you as he touches and moves your hearts for this translation and printing ministry.

Your Brother in Christ
